I’ve been teaching the Feldenkrais Method since 2001, a method of reclaiming your body and health through gentle movement and targeted instruction. I offer group classes, workshops, and private sessions both live and through Zoom and run a COVID safe practice. Currently, I teach an ongoing Feldenkrais class Saturdays at 11:45 am CST that is accessible both live and remotely.
I’m a lifetime dancer who has been training with Chris Maranon at Onnit Academy for the last two years. As of fall 2021, I’ve begun certifications to complete both the Onnit Academy Foundations trainer certification and the Steel Mace Flow foundations certification. I’m excited about being able to teach and offer these new fitness offerings to students in 2022. In addition to my own training, I work with a highly competent team of fitness and wellness professionals such as Lydia Michelson, Chris Chancey, Allen Cline, and others.
